Enrollment & Admission

Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the admission fee. Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Nice Web Technologies reserves the right to decline admission without providing a reason.

Course Fees & Payment

Course fees must be paid as per the agreed schedule at the time of admission. Installment payment plans, where offered, must be adhered to. Failure to pay installments on time may result in suspension of access to lessons and materials.

Refund Policy

Admission fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced. If a student wishes to withdraw before the course starts, a partial refund may be considered at the discretion of the management, after deducting processing costs.

Attendance & Progress

Students are expected to maintain regular attendance. Biometric attendance is recorded. Irregular attendance may affect certification eligibility. Students are responsible for completing assignments and assessments on time.

Code of Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully toward faculty, staff, and fellow students. Any misconduct, including but not limited to harassment, cheating, or damage to institute property, may result in immediate expulsion without refund.

Certification

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of course requirements including attendance, assignments, and final assessments. Nice Web Technologies does not guarantee any specific employment outcome.

Online Portal Usage

Access to the student learning portal is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited. The portal is provided as a study aid and is subject to availability and scheduled maintenance.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, and study content provided by Nice Web Technologies are proprietary. Copying, distributing, or sharing course content without written permission is prohibited.

Changes to Terms

Nice Web Technologies reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
